A family reunion for The House of Despair…

We can now unveil some of the guest cast for the first Dark Shadows CD, September’s The House of Despair. Jamison Selby joins the players in the role of Ed Griffin. Jamison will be a familiar name to Dark Shadows fans, the son of actor David Selby (Quentin).

In 2003, Jamison worked with Dan Curtis Productions to write and produce Return to Collinwood, a CD audio drama reuniting the original Dark Shadows cast, a production that greatly encouraged Big Finish to investigate Dark Shadows as a potential license.

"The success of Return to Collinwood played a significant role in Big Finish ultimately producing Dark Shadows," comments director Gary Russell. “I was delighted that Jamison was able to be involved in Big Finish’s new series of dramas.”

Also appearing in The House of Despair is Ursula Burton, in the role of Susan Griffin. Ursula is an LA-based actress and producer, who previously worked with Big Finish in the Doctor Who audio adventure The Game.
